Lets keep these
1. semi-tasteful
2. not a scrolling mess of madness
The animated gif shouldn't be something that distracts people from being able to read a post. It also shouldn't be something extremely sexual, raunchy, etc. Some people will likely be getting PMs asking them to change their sig/avatar today. Lets not cause users to barf, get in trouble at work for NSFW content, and/or have a seizure. Especially in that order. Thanks.

Com, I'm going to give this latest one a 6/10. It is amusing seeing an overweight white man jiggle to some kind of funky rhythm. The caption is classic. But I submit to you, the transition is weak. It's just zooming in onto now disgraced Toronto mayor Rob Ford, and then *click* back to the beginning to zoom in again. There's no kind of moebius strip-like quality of pure inexplicable hypnotic fixation.
Please do better.
