Well neither China or India are criticising Russia, nor are they supporting sanctions against Russia. I can understand China's position, but fricken India! Bunch of duplicitous pricks! So much for the Quad.

Any sanctions by the west will be offset by the fact that neither China or India will impose sanctions.

i don't think China likes the idea of some country proclaiming the independence of a region of some other country. while russia is the worst actor on world stage, abusing its position on security council to make the entire UN pointless, and china often backs them up just because its convenient, their relationship isn't warm
