So the fact that the act of purchasing and using a McDonalds product has has resulted in several hundred severe injuries and even a few deaths doesn't make any impression on you that there may be a dangerous condition caused by their business model?
Seems pretty illogical to me. A cup of coffee shouldn't ever have the potential to kill if you ask me. If it does something is clearly wrong. I guess if they make enough money that makes it alright to hurt and kill people while you do it.

First you question the intelligence of someone drinking coffee right away, then you scoff at people not knowing coffee is too hot when they first get it. Now you are saying coffee is meant to be drank right away and that it should be drank at 180F.
It is ridiculous. As is the insinuation that we are all conspiracy theorists: it was proven in court that McDonald's was aware of the problem, was aware their coffee would cause severe burns at that temperature and was aware that the majority of consumers drink the coffee right away, and despite that, they didn't provide any sort of warning to consumers. That isn't a conspiracy, it is just plain old corporate negligence.
Your final suggestion is also silly. Are you suggesting that this lady pay... herself?

How does one test a coffee? Thermometer?
We know, for a fact, that people drink it immediately for the most part, so that objection is meaningless and without substance.
We also know that the lady originally just wanted her medical bills covered. They denied all responsibility and told her to get lost. It was McDonald's that escalated this, not the lady.
