Good news about female circumcision

It seems that the latest UN figures suggest that female circumcision rate are heading in the right direction. Unfortunately I dont think things are improving fast enough, but at least it is some progress

I don't know anyone who didn't immediately figure out what was wrong with female circumcision. Either they have never seen a vagina before, and couldn't figure out what could possibly be cut off, or they are incredibly stupid.
