Oh, I see what you mean NAB.
Spacemonkey lives there, I'm sure he knows the difference. But terming people and areas as human landfills, imho, describes what he intends vividly.
I do note that many formerly shitty areas have had makeovers, but I don't think that's what he's talking about.

burbs will boom again when driverless cars come online. Property prices in major metros have become absurd, to the point where it's impossible for a well earning dual income household to buy property. Even elitist Dylan had to flee to a ghetto just to get on dat property "ladder"
Feel bad for all those morons paying 1.5m for some shitty two bed in Palo Alto. That's going to collapse, particularly when boomers realise they have committed an economic holocaust against the very people they expect to buy their grossly inflated property when they retire.
