Escalating the stakes of violence for no strategic purpose. This means more blood flowing in the streets, more property damage, more hate crimes and more polarization for literally zero benefit. Antifa will not silence the alt-right, they won't affect any serious change, and they won't undermine the foundations of racism and sexism in American society. All of this is for nothing... Well, except for social media virtue signalling and childish emotional grandstanding by those too simplistic and socially alienated to make any real difference.
