Yea all this stuff is stupid. If you are a bossy bitch you should be called out for it. There isn't anything wrong with it though. Most slackers think efficient people in leadership roles are asshole (see, comrade). That's not your problem, that's theirs. Most are just mad they don't have the skill or the drive to be in a decision making role. If someone doesn't dislike you then you are doing your job wrong. Criticism should be embraced.
Everyone is to politically correct now a days. I was talking with some girl and she started ranting about how everyone always asks "what are you?" And how offended she gets. Why would you be offended about that? Most people are genuinely curious, it's not some slight. People need thicker skins. It's worrying how quickly people want to censor anything they disagree with.
