At this point the best thing the GOP can do to combat Obamacare is to let it go into effect and when it falls on its face, be ready with your talking points, particularly for voters that get buyer's remorse when they realize that they'll be paying more for their prems than expected.

As another poster pointed out, they stopped it for this year. The gov knows full well annual increases are still needed to meet the demands of adding so many people to the risk pool. I'll stick my neck out there and go on the PCF record to state that annual rate increases return in 2015 if not sooner and from my knowledge in the field, they are almost always 20-25% at minimum. Maryland's rates will still vary from county to county in 2014 after ACA goes into effect, and the $93 plans are prob gonna be offered only in the Western area like where I live (Allegany County). I'll be surprised if something that low gets offered to people living in the beltway area.
