Kim Davis is a clerk from one of the counties in Kentucky. She made headlines recently for refusing to issue marriage license to a gay couple because gay marriage is against her religious beliefs.

Her claim is that she just doesn't want her name on the marriage certificate and wanted a religious exemption to exclude her name from the certificate. However, the current law as it says that the certificate is invalid until the clerk signs it.

Is her request considered reasonable accommodation?

If there are religious exemptions for job specific tasks, could there be grounds for an employer to ask for religious affiliation in job interviews? My agnostic self could use an edge in this job market...
