Israel seizes Palestinian land for new settlements

Israel has given the greenlight to seize 990 acres of Palestinian land to build a new city; one of the largest appropriations of Palestinian land for settlement in recent decades.

Israel's economics minister, Naftali Bennett said: "What we did yesterday was a display of Zionism", but the UK & US has condemned the move.
