the evidence is not proving the cops story. the new evidence about blood in the car and that he was shot at close range actually goes towards proving the witnesses claims that he was shot in the hand, ran, and then was shot again while surrendering.

This is just like the danielle watts "racial profiling case" turns out she was having full blown sex in full view of a building full of office workers, not merely kissing her white boyfriend. Yes racism and racial profiling does exist in the U.S. but you can't lie about the facts to fit things to that narrative. Sometimes young black guys who get shot are being violent criminals and aren't being gunned down while innocently walking down the street.
