ISIS considers liquidating HAMAS and other groups it considers heretical and purifying the Islamic state to be the top priority, before dealing with something like Israel, which is outside the fold of Islam

Hamas is way too warm and fuzzy for ISIS. Not sure they are even remotely comparable in terms of magnitude, though similar in basic philosophy.
