Israel is very efficient at committing war crimes, yes. These sort of collective reprisals are blatantly illegal, as is their use of white phosphorous in civilian areas, as are the settlements causing this whole thing to drag out into eternity.

It's interesting how you seem to think that being really good at killing somehow excuses Israel's culpability, while obliging the Palestinians to accept behavior that the world has deemed criminal for decades.
