Long pointed knives not essential?
I'd like to make a surprise visit on these chefs kitchens.
Just imagining try to do all my knife work with a rounded or flat tipped "knife" makes my head hurt.
Take away the edged weapons and people will just kill each other with the blunt ones. Good luck trying ban hammers next.
