Although I have to say, after looking at CGI's history, they got a lot of government jobs before she was there.

So you may be right in the end, it may be a non-issue. Still, the government shouldn't be doing no-bid contracts with people period. Its just not a good way to do business. You need to make sure you are getting a fair price, if nothing else. Its negotiating power.

And as I mentioned before, when Part D rolled out in 2006 it was a complete MESS. And that also had 2-3 years to get ready for the roll-out.

Of course that time we didn't have 1/2 of the politicians praying, hoping and doing everything they can to make Part D fail. So after 4-5 months it did get fixed.. This time? With 1/2 Washington trying to make ACA fail, who knows.
