Legal forms of protesting should be simply where people voice their opinions on topics but do not hinder those not participating from going about their daily business.
DDoS makes it so that websites are almost inaccessible to others, thereby it hinders the rights of those not protesting from using the website, hence IMO it should not be legal.

Why DDoS, Torrenting information is more effective as in a stone is to a LAW when used on a huddled small infantry unit.
