If that entire corporation is in that car then legally speaking, including the driver, there are more than one persons in that car.

That is inarguable and the law is the law.

Has to, corporations are legally people. If the corporation is being transported then a legal person is being transported. Thus the legal requirement that two persons be in the vehicle is satisfied.
