I am not sure I can get enthusiastic over all the anti NK rhetoric right now. They are a very long way from developing a bomb small enough to put on a rocket. Their guidance system does not seem to be that much more sophisticated than a squirrel pointing with a stick. For at least a generation the NK have not been preparing for a war of aggression, but expect one day to face the US and their lackey South Korea in an apocalyptic defensive battle.

And now the US is getting a nice two for one deal over rumors Iran is helping them develop the rocket.

I dont know how much is real and how much propaganda but the word is the Pokpung and Chonma tanks have some funky chassis modification that makes them excel in the mountainous conditions. You have to remember there's a MASSIVE GULF, between a modern MIRV even a Russian one (which can put several re-entry vehicles (nukes) into space in a sort of canister like thing that shoots them out and puts them down with 100's of meters of a target zone, 100's of miles away from each other), and what the North Koreans have which is essentially a engineering realization of Newtons Canon.
