You previously stated that if the US cared they would investigate all banks. Now you're acknowledging that there are open investigations with many banks?

Actually correction it was not in the article. Trying to find the source now, but it like 6 or so other banks. Standard Chartered is obviously one, ING another, CS another, Lloyd in there.
all have been accused of roughly the same stuff and have rapidly settled out of court. I believe I am correct in saying, None are based in the United states and that no 'wall st' banking firm is currently being investigated.
