Well Israel has a well-documented history of not responding to attacks, and they don't really spend alot of money figuring out what sort of armament the Palestinians have, so there is a really excellent chance that Palestine will get some bunker-busters from countries who don't have them, to use against the nuclear power plants, which aren't all that strong and can easily be sent into meltdown by some PEW PEWs.

True. And, to be fair, Hamas has never fired rockets into Israel so we really have no idea what kind of damage they could do.

I didn't even consider this. Now, they are even more of a threat. Iran will probably give them chemical warheads, that is another thing to be considered, because Iran and the other Palestinian-pushers aren't afraid of the US, and wouldn't fear reprisal for being an existential threat.

True. And, to be fair, Hamas has never fired rockets into Israel so we really have no idea what kind of damage they could do.

Hamas fired Chinese medium range rockets at cities in Southern Israel during the last round of hostilities this November. "Given the areas that were targeted it is highly likely that Chinese-designed WS-1E rockets were used by Hamas," said Ben Goodlad, a senior analyst with Jane's Defence in the U.K.

I think we do have a pretty good idea what Chinese-designed WS-1E rockets can do

Armament

The free rocket used by the WS-1 and WS-1B consists of the warhead and fuse, an FG-42/43 rocket motor and the tail section. The FG-42/43 rocket motor is a single chamber, solid rocket motor with an advanced hydroxy-terminated polybutadine (HTPB) composition rocket propellant. The rocket of the WS-2 system features four control surfaces in the middle section of the rocket for terminal guidance.
The rocket can be fitted with various types of warheads including anti-armour/personnel submunition, blasting, fuel air explosive (FAE), and high-explosive (HE). The ZDB-2 blasting warhead is loaded with steel balls and prefabricated fragments. The SZB-1 submunition warhead is designed to destroy large area targets such as armour formation and infantry troops. When the SZB-1 submunition warhead detonates, around 500 bullets are expelled under high pressure.

Certainly not an existential threat, but not one to be taken lightly either.

GO AWAY!

What are the Damages?

• Were there any damages?
o IF NO: Award Nominal damages (small fixed sum)
o IF YES: Was this a contract for land or a unique good? [2-716]
• IF YES: Specific Performance (as long as P shown he can’t cover) [Scholl]
• IF NO: Was this contract for personal services
• IF YES: The NO Specific Performance, Maybe Negative Injunction
• Are expectation interests uncertain?
o IF YES: Did breaching party gain from the breach?
• IF YES: Possible restitution damages [371, 373]
• If P has performed all duties under K and D just owes money, no restitution
• IF NO: The Reliance Damages
o IF NO: Was this a losing contract
• IF YES:
• IF NO: Award Expectation Damages
• Were there damages to the breaching party (was his breach the result of other party breach)?
o IF YES:
o IF NO:

THEN MOVE TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY LIMITATIONS

• Can damages be limited
o Were the damages reasonably foreseeable at the time of the contract?
• IF NO: then cannot award consequential damages
• In Arkansas: Use tacit agreement tests in addition to foreseeability
o Did the P make a reasonable attempt to cover (even if unsuccessful)?
• IF NO: then cannot award damages
• IF YES: The P can receive damages, including his cost to cover
• Employment: cannot be “inferior or different” [Shirley]
o Was there a liquidated damages clause?
• IF YES: Was the amount of the clause reasonable in light of anticipated or actual loss? [356]
• IF NO: Unenforceable

Clearly, he meant exponential threat, not existential.
