You know what else is profitable? Recreational marijuana.



not for the big companies....they can't compete with your back yard.

They easily could. Plus imagine all the marijuana smokers in cities like New York where growing in your back yard is impractical if you even have one.

This is like saying that beer isn't profitable to big companies because craft breweries and home brews are better.

Cheap cures produce less profit than expensive life-long symptom management.

That said, I don't disagree. If pot did all that people claim it can do in its normal form, people would just be using it and getting better, regardless of the system. The claims are blown up and based on little bits of truth.

And that said, I have no problem with legalizing. Unrestricted pot would have less damaging impact than our current approach. Far less damaging impact.
