Of course it's arbitrary. Its why I included in the rules a nice little section about the rules being subject to change. So, new rule:

Saz is allowed no more than two football predictions.

Nah, you set the rules, I followed them, and I stand by ALL my predictions. I will win, and you will have to rely on your embarrassing rewriting of the rules after the fact to avoid handing me the prize I earned. Enjoy this farce of a competition!
