I would love it if the state legalized dueling and gladiators again- if two parties mutually consent to kill each other and waive any sort of legal or criminal liability then the government shouldnt be allowed to interfere in any way. Its their business and no one else's. There'd be quite a few I'd love to challenge to a duel (not in this forum, in real life- there's lots that pissed me off).
