First we need to define what the bullshit majors are don't we?

It seemed to me that the OP was referring to any major that will not become profitable, or that is how I interpreted.

Let them make their own choices. It's their life not yours.

After grad though the financial support would end.

My plan is to save up enough money for a little less than two years of tuition, books, and room at a public university. If my child decides to attend community college for basics, that will pretty much cover 70% of all expenses. If he or she decides to attend a private university, the responsibility of doing well in high school is theirs. I won't cover gas, food, or anything like that (assuming he or she moves out). My child has to come up with the missing money either using scholarships, hard work, or loans.

I don't care about majors. The only restrictions I foresee myself enacting are against these private-sector diploma mills like 'New York North-East Ocean University.'

Well, I have an amendment. The only major I would probably vocally oppose is 'women's studies' because I don't want my child becoming a professional sexist against men.
