I know Biden doesn't want to be bogged down by this shit, so he shouldn't be. But at the same time, even though he cannot let this define his presidency, he MUST act to stop these actual fascists.

In the meantime they are going to eat themselves so him standing aside and letting them go insane makes sense. but once president, he must act not only to expose the truth of the last 4 years but to hold people to account

as for "republicans of importance", most are terrified of trump and so don't do anything. however, every one of the governors and secretaries of state and even legislators he's attempted to bully into subverting the law have balked. every one of his own judicial appointees, as well as others, has told him he's got nothing. so who here is "of enough import"? senators who get paid to pretty much do nothing all the time? or the people that actually could (illegally) subvert the election?

trump is asking the SCOTUS to allow him to be a plaintiff to sue 4 states to invalidate their entire election. he's doing so with 17 states (including, of course South Carolina. hey SC how did it turn out last time you f**k traitors) that are suing those 4 states to invalidate their election results. those 4 states claim that because those states made it easier to vote their election doesn't count, even though other states, INCLUDING THE MAIN PLAINTIFF, (the indicted AG of) TEXAS, similarly made it easier to vote. state's rights until we lose an election then f**k every single one of your citizens

there's no chance this will go anywhere but the audacity of it is stunning. imagine for a moment this case won. every state would be sued in every election forever

you can look at the metadata of the document. Lawrence Joseph is the author. So this Joseph character was probably hired by trump, ghost wrote a lawsuit for Texas to file so that the President could manufacture jurisdiction for his own election challenge which is complete impermissible
