Honestly...the fact that I could just walk into the corner weed store and buy THC cotton candy has taken some of the fun out of it. I'm perfectly free to buy and use whenever, don't have a job where testing is even a thing...yet, never bothered to actually just swipe a debit card and legally buy anything.

Also we used to smoke weed in the back and trade movies for shots from the dudes who worked at the Mexican restaurant next to us. That was a great job.

Dylan admits to having a double digit IQ

Double digit IQ = >10.

knowing that average IQ is between 90 and 110, reexamine philly's statement using critical thinking skills

Average. As long as those double digits aren't hanging around 10.

The President, the Congress, or a supreme court judge don't seem to count either.

Probably. Though, turning 21 certainly didn't stop me drinking. :)
