There are large swathes of the population constituted of many different political stripes that view the constitution as a twisted remnant of what it once was, a document written by hated people (white men), or an impediment to what needs to be done to save Western civilization.
yeah, there's definitely a plausible world in which it becomes irrelevant. I'm less convinced it would be replaced in anything resembling its current form.

Sorry, should have been clearer - I don't think it would be a document like that, properly laying out the scope of powers, the interaction between branches of government, rights, etc. It would be populist-driven garbage full of many causes de jure.
