Not a Tyrant

I'll be honest. I was very disappointed by the election results. I didn't want Hillary Clinton to win the Democrat nomination and I didn't want Donald Trump to win the Republican nomination. I wanted two different people to run for President.

But I can tell you about three people who were originally against Trump but now want him to win. Those three people are: myself, my cousin and a friend of mine. When Trump said that he can get prayer brought back to schools, I became his supporter. My cousin once called Trump 'The Devil', but after he took the time to re-examine things. he changed his mind.

I also like that Trump says that he'll help our vets if he wins. Our veterans fought and were prepared to die to maintain our freedom. Out of all of the people in the USA, our veterans deserve to be helped the most.

Yes, Trump has his shortcomings. Two of which are his temper and he loves to shoot his mouth off. Trump has his shortcomings but he isn't a tyrant like many people claim. My dad had a temper and he loved to shoot his mouth off but he certainly wasn't a tyrant. I'm getting sick of people comparing Trump to Adolf Hitler. Trump isn't another Hitler and people know it.

Trump also has other shortcomings but Hillary Clinton also has a bunch of shortcomings. Let's forget about the charges that she has been facing for a moment. Even if she had never faced charges, she still has her shortcomings. Two of which are that she's racist and she's a bully. Hillary admires Margaret Sanger enormously even though Sanger said that black people should be exterminated. That is racist. Many years ago, Hillary referred to some mentally challenged children as 'F****** retards'. She bullied sweet, innocent children. Children who were mentally challenged.

Both candidates have flaws. If Hillary wins, she will not be a better President than Trump. I'm not saying that Trump would be a better President than Hillary but he sure wouldn't be worse.

Let's be brutally honest here...our two candidates for president are NOT the "best" America has to offer, but the "best" of which our Oligarchs will allow us to vote for. One is a bought-and-paid-for member of Club Oligarch, the other is a paid member. But make no mistake...neither of them give two shits about the average American. You can take that to the bank.

Trump is so dangerous, he doesn't even know how dangerous he is. He'll have us in more wars than the Bush Dynasty, combined. He may be the most under-qualified person to ever run for the office of presidency. The guy flip-flops more than John Kerry walking in sandals. Sure, one can say Trump just "softens his position" on issues. But another way to say it is that he has no idea what the hell he's talking about. Take yesterday, for example, and his tough talk on ISIS. Trump has "a plan" that he won't tell anyone about that will defeat ISIS once-and-for-all. Like what, Donald? Nuclear weaponry? Because that would be violating a treaty of non-proliferation of nuclear weapons. One can argue we have been doing that under Obama. Under Trump, it would be on steroids. Does Trump know we've dropped over 30k bombs on ISIS?

So, since Trump is secretive about all of his "plans" to restore America and make her "great again," all we as citizens can do is look to see who he chooses to surround himself with to get an idea of what kinds of policies would be in store for us. On economics, for example, his go-to guy is Larry "Trickle-Down" Kudlow. Does ANYONE still believe that's what we need right now to get our economy back on track, working for everyone? More tax cuts for the wealthy? Seriously??? Trump's already said he needs America's billionaires to be great again, whatever the hell that means. Who else is Trump surrounding himself with? Mike "ALEC-puppet" Pence. If anyone doesn't know the ALEC agenda, I suggest you read up on it. Ignorance is a choice. Choose not to be dumb, folks.

Hillary? She's a key cog in the Washington Political Machine. I'd rather see her retire from politics altogether. But make no mistake...she would be heads and tails better than Trump as our leader.
