A fist fight

After that conversation between me and my niece, about what I suspect that my great grandfather would have been like in his time....
She asked me if he would have been any kind of a match for me on the streets.

I told her that his level of insanity, and anger, and aggressiveness would have been a whole lot more, because of drugs that he didn't understand that he was in fact taking, the lead poison in his body, his illiteracy, and the environment that he grew up in...

But no, he would never been able to fight me.
The fact of the matter is, is that Rocky Marciano was huge for his day, the chances that my great grandfather was anywhere near the size of Rocky Marciano at 5 ft 11 and 180 pounds... is remote at best.
By 1890s and 1910s and 20s standards... I'm an NFL linebacker.
Not even a just professional boxer... but rather an NFL Linebacker turned into a boxer.

People who are just my size today kissed the 15th round goodbye... its why we have a maximum of 12 rounds the last time I checked.
Because 15 rounds started becoming overly deadly.

His healthcare wasn't as good as mine, nor was his diet, or his training either, if he even took boxing at all.
America back then had NO martial arts either.
People didn't start reaching my size and strength until about the 1950s or 60s.
