What is Biden waiting for?

Would you vote for Joe Biden? I dedicate my question to those Obama-lovers who wouldn't see a better perspective than following the puppet of their favorite liberal traitor?
On the other hand even after being officially blessed by BO, the vice-president still can't find courage to start the campaign.
Is he what we really looking for?
It's obvious for me that Biden's candidacy is a waste of time and money.
