I thought that was always required that they provide full benefits for those that work 40 hours.

maybe the problem is that businesses intentionally short workers on hours to avoid giving them benefits and not the length of time one must work to get said benefits.

**what was left of the 40 hour work week. Even before the ACA was passed, they cut hours in this manner where I work in this fashion (retail)

$7.25/hr for 60 hours is just barely enough to pay for housing and food. No bueno.
