For 5 years Obama heard the TP, and McConnell and Boehner say they won't lift a finger to help Obama, they won't help his presidency, or any of his policies. Many times they flat out said they wouldn't compromise with him about anything..
So now in 2013 Obama does NOT have to worry about reelection, IMO some of this hardball Obama is now playing is partially being fueled by revenge. Most of his hardball is because NO president should ever give in to extortion, that sets a bad example.. But I'm sure Obama is happier than hell seeing the GOP squirm.
What goes around comes around.

Who else thinks that they default us in January?
Because they don't learn from their mistakes, they double down on them.
As for Boehner, talking about being de-balled in the most public way imaginable. How can you even call him the "speaker" of the House with a straight face?
I say make it Ryan, a complete delusional, bullshitting bozo whom the media fawned over as a "numbers" guy, even though his numbers never added up. Another prime example of a freak declaring reality is whatever he says it is, and the media going along with it because to not do so would be "partisan."

We shall see. As I said, they don't reflect after their defeats, they actually up the losing behavior.
