truth is with the creation of the DHS, and the blurring of defense and law enforcement, it was only a matter of time before this stuff started happening. props to the gubment for the speed with which they attacked the constitution.

Well, there are millions of people sitting in prison because of this. They've compromised our legal system with this foolishness.

Now they will have to be all retried.

There is probably is a special lock-up sitting ready for the detention of PCF members. Non you will be our jailhouse lawyer assuming you aren't shot outright "by mistake" lol.
