Easily when our police forces are militarizing and shifting to the viewpoint of people as the enemy, not as the people they are actually tasked with protecting.

DEA is almost like a separate police force, just like the FBI, Homeland Security and ICE. Heck, I didnt even realize until a few days ago that the Dept of Education has its own SWAT team!
