The NSA has been doing this kind of stuff forever... But now they can do it from a central location and much more efficiently.. Makes you proud to be an American...Doesn't it? 
Anyway supposedly this place will just spy on foreign communications and foreign intelligence, etc.. How long before they are caught spying on domestic citizens and intelligence? I'll give them 18 months..

Though I suppose after Dept of Homeland Security these creepy things start to seem more believable.
