Can someone please link me to the results from the State of California? I can't seem to find any links anywhere other than 'someone reported something somewhere at some time' kind of reporting or blogs.

What do you mean "cost of health care," because my understanding is by effectively removing cadillac plans you are removing tons of unnecessary tests and wasteful health care spending, thus lowering the costs. Same with the medical records.
And I don't agree at all on preventative care. I don't recall any individual and only a few employer plans in Cali that covered physicals and flu shots, for example, for free. That all just changed.
