all digital communications are comprised. even if you use strong encryption the device that sends or receives the communication is compromised

i'm 100% the US government knows who is buying it. so what? this doesn't support either of our positions one way or the other.

Either way it's leverage for the Chinese if the markets don't know exactly what their treasury holdings are.

Electric money = future money. Who knows where that will lead. With greed and corruption what it is, changing the format will probably not mean much. Well, except for record levels of theft.

that's true of almost every currency. is their goal some kind "IMF dollar" ?
cause there's no way that could go poorly.
