that doesn't seem to be a prediction, but rather an observation about the current price at that time
the fact remains that if you consider btc to be worthless what do you think about the USD, which is 284th of the value of btc?
to get an idea what that means compare, there are currently 15 pesos to 1 USD
so BTC-USD value is 18 times higher than USD-MXN value
