Best thing to do to keep corporations here, and thereby increase the tax revenue gained from such, is to reduce our corporate taxes. Current rates are at 34-35%. Reduce that enough to entice companies to stay (ie: make it cheaper to stay than leave). After all, 30% of something is better than 35% of nothing.
