I did enjoy the back to back scenes where the giant and the artist formerly known as The Mountain both dispatched someone by smashing their noggins into a wall. Nice symmetry.

So the flashback to Lyanna... had to be a reason. Are we going to get confirmation that Jon is the get of Rhaegar and Lyanna and hence he is the Fire and Ice.
