This works for me if I know I'm going to be drinking heavily.
I take 3 regular aspirin and drink 8 oz of milk about an hour before I start. It won't stop me from getting drunk, but it helps a lot keeping me from having a monster hangover the next morning.

seriously? If I know I'm drinking there are two things i will never touch. Dairy and Medication of any sort.
