I don't smoke, I even didn't realize it wasn't already 21. This is probably a good idea, why should it be lower than for alcohol?

Agreed. It would be useful to test those who're younger than 21 for nicotine and lecture them on harm in smoke ;)

I'm so glad that smoking is one of the vices that never got me. I do wish that there was an eguncollecting device for me however.

I'd be fine with that, but considering the childhood most people have, might be good for it to stay younger. We already have kids emancipating themselves at 16 to get out of terrible homes.
