What is a little dirty is that the two parties collude to keep third parties (specifically the green party) out of the presidential debates.

Non could fix congress.
Get rid of districts (which are broken anyways). Simply have the top (in the case of Colorado) seven congressional candidates in a statewide election go to DC.
