The Second Amendment would not protect such actions in the US, so I'm not sure how it is relevant to a discussion about vigilantism. Especially vigilantism in Mexico, whose citizens face a reality very different from our own.
Also, many states would protect gun rights, and I'm pretty sure many already do. So me saying I support repealing the Second Amendment is really nothing more than me saying gun laws should be freely decided locally.
