If you think about it, when you are in a chair or a motorised cart, it's easier for you to wait for 2.5 hours than people that have to stand.
Maybe it's not all together fair.

1. The government doesn't have a thing to do with them getting a line cutting pass from Disney.
2. Capitalism totally depends on government to prop it up or it will collapse so I hope you wouldn't think that this somehow proves selling their line jumping privilege is not pure capitalism, even if the government didn't give them the passes.
