They do expect it and prepare for it. That's why they have bodyguards and contingency plans. I expect it's gonna happen to me at some point. That's why I have contingency plans. One of those happens to be telling the person who does it, "Don't do that. If you do it again, you'll be in trouble."
What the hell is wrong with her response??? It was the most lady like and gentle one I can think of. I'm pretty sure JayZ, you know her HUSBAND, would have been perfectly fine with the "Have the bodyguards beat his ass" response.

I don't know, that's a pretty nebulous distinction. Someone should be able to walk around anywhere they want to without fear of being accosted. Likewise women should be able to dress however they want without fear of being accosted.
If someone molests or accosts another individual it is 100% their own action and thus the blame lies solely with them, if you ask me.
