Well, we have a Muslim president and it certainly made Islam popular again after our country was attacked by Islamic extremists. 10 years ago you couldn't find 10 people who like anything about Islam, then we elect a Muslim president and its suddenly cool to be Islamic again.
The faith of our president shouldn't be a reason to vote or not vote for him. I don't like Romney, I don't trust Romney and he is not anti-govt enough for me. But that being said......I loath our current president. Basically, come November, if the ballot says "Obama" and "a lawnchair" I will swing the lever for the lawnchair.
